Shivam Dube's Real Estate Investment

Shivam Dube, an all-rounder for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), has reportedly purchased two opulent apartments in Mumbai, totaling ₹27.50 crore. This amount surpasses the ₹27 crore that the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) invested to secure Rishabh Pant during the IPL 2025 mega-auction, making Pant the most valuable player in the league.

The new residences are located in the upscale DLH Enclave complex situated in Oshiwara, Andheri West, as reported by Business Today. Property records accessed by Square Yards reveal that the two flats together boast a carpet area of 4,200 square feet, along with an additional 3,800 square feet of terrace space. The registration for these properties took place last month.

Each apartment comes with three designated parking spots. The total stamp duty for this transaction is estimated at around ₹1.65 crore, with an additional registration fee of ₹30,000.

Dube was retained by CSK for ₹12 crore prior to the IPL 2025 auction, following a series of commendable performances in previous seasons. However, his consistency was lacking during IPL 2025.

He accumulated 357 runs across 14 matches, averaging 32.45, but his strike rate of 132.22 was the lowest he has recorded in the IPL. Additionally, he found himself batting out of his usual position as CSK frequently altered their lineup. The team concluded the season in a disappointing last place, marking the first time in IPL history they finished at the bottom.

Beyond his IPL endeavors, Dube has represented India in 4 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 35 T20 Internationals (T20Is). His most recent international match was against England in a T20I held at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium on February 2, 2025.
